They have only had three coaches throughout the history of there organization. It may take a couple of years to turn things around, the situation is what it is. Your reports are among the very best and some of the few that are worth listening to. My opinion is that starting with the firing of John Gruden, virtually every decision and choice made by the management of this team has been a mistake. The lineup of the Raiders favors a passing attack. There is much greater skill on that side than on the running side, but this is what you get when you hire a defensive coach. I think the most important thing he could’ve done was not in drafting a tight end, but picking one of the top two or three offensive tackles and building up the left side of the line and establishing a passing attack not a running attack . Because that’s where the talent really is I don’t blame Adam’s because he really had no future here. I don’t see the Raiders doing much positive and I think they may end up with something like 6-11. This coach will be a goner.. Thank you for the efforts that you put in with a really excellent report. BC

Great QBs develop and the vast majority of them have worse 1st/2nd seasons than Aiden has so far. Patience is a virtue. Throwing the baby out with the bathwater is short sighted. Aiden has all the tools to be a great QB. He deserves the chance to develop and get reps and make mistakes as long as there is steady improvement. His only knock was mobility. And he pretty much showed he improved that greatly at the end of the Brown’s game.

1st off Mark Davis needs to sell. He’s not his dad and he’s coasting on his family name. He’s clearly not respected by most the league and is the poorest owner in the NFL or else we’d be at least the LA Raiders where a big fanbase exists. 2nd off give AP one more year unless an amazing quality fit comes available and no matter what change offensive coordinator’s asap. 3rd this team needs to commit to the tank. Sit Kolton Miller (he’s clearly not healthy), put AOC in, Trade DA for something decent and Trade Zamir white and potentially Maher, stockpile assets and Draft QB, Oline, DE, WR and fill in the blanks through Free agency. It’s time to realize this franchise hasn’t been slightly good enough since like 2016/17 and the only time it started to get better was when the team committed to drafting and developing talent while bringing complementary pieces through Free agency and draft to elevate the squad. And until this franchise gets new ownership, it will continue to flounder in mediocrity

@standsintherain1 yeah, I get where you're coming from, but he doesn't have an offense. We would still be running McDaniels's offense, which many of our opponents called archaic and predictable. The difference in productivity started when he flipped to a heavy zone rushing scheme with Jacobs instead of gap, because Josh was getting overwhelmed with an 8 man box on every rushing attempt. Because of a more productive run game, Bo called play action far more than McDaniels, and it resulted in an average yards per pass that was double what it was when McDaniels called plays. I also believe that McDaniels didn't open up the playbook and was so generic and predictable because he didn't have much faith in his players to execute. But regardless of all of that, the scheme is what it is. Defenders called it basic and predictable because there was no presnap motion or changes at the line, and I'm not certain how astute Bo is at creating a new offense of his own.
