Happy holidays to everyone Brock Bowers getting ready to break the record Raiders kind of ruined Christmas for me reminiscing about last year I'm worried we will not get a quarterback the Raiders will beat the Saints next week it is what it is regardless let's have a better season next year no more injuries that's my Christmas wish that the Raiders will be healthy next year and have a good draft regardless if we get a quarterback or not

An offensive play calling guru at HC is first priority this off-season. Ahead of drafting a QB. You need a HC that can develop the young QB. Defense is not the problem for this team.

Tom T loves his big strong armed QB. I’m trying to be positive. There has to be a plan that we don’t know about or this is the beginning of more mediocrity for this franchise. Very frustrating for a 50 year old obsessed fan.

Facts, you can’t blame AP for not trying draft a late rd QB. Telesco signed Minshew, Luke was the last OC left. Again, Telesco is in charge of contracts.

Is Telesco in charge of hiring Getsy? No. Was Telesco in charge of time and game management? No. Did Telesco call his players out in public in WEEK 3 and disrupt the locker room? No. Did Telesco FORCE Pierce to be meek and weak and non-aggressive? No. Please...he's done because he's not a good head coach. Resume on the grass. He's 8-16. He's not a good coach. @ Dude, every GM in the league does an evaluation. Telesco is no different. I am not saying AP shouldn’t have some blame, that’s no doubt, however , Telesco should share some responsibility. He drafted Bowers. Bowers fell to us , so did the rest of the draft. The GM writes the contract, that’s his job. Look at his coaching resume in LA. Really

Man we need a QB,I saw a tweet that joked the Raiders don’t draft a QB, sign Daniel Jones and thinks everything’s ok. That’s a nightmare scenario but something I could see happening. Tom Telesco & Company need to do everything in their power to draft the QB of the future. Look at the AFC West QB’s. Raiders will be looking up from the bottom in future years if we don’t fix this. I’m not optimistic about the future of the Raiders. Please prove me wrong lol.

Draft the best player with your first pick, then trade up into the late first with your second and second third round pick to draft Milroe. Let him sit to develop and you have the 5th year option on him.

Example: 2018 - 1-8 Raiders win a meaningless game against the 2-8 Cardinals. You know what that win did to the Raiders? They missed on NickBosa/QuinnenWilliams and drafted Clelin Ferrell. We missed out on drafting both Nick Bosa & Maxx Crosby in the same FUCKING DRAFT. Great going, hope y’all are happy with that win.

I think the Raiders are trying to save AP jobs. I did think they were tanking, and that's why they lost against Kansas City. In my opinion, they should have won that game. The Raiders will beat the Saints and we will give away all our pics just to get a quarterback

As you can see all of the competitive teams left in the playoff hunt have that "dude," under center. I realize having the #1 pick does not guarantee anything but it does improve your odds

im at the point where i actually hate my favorite team now. after 40 years of watching this garbage, they are so poorly ran and suck so bad they cant even tank correctly. they have screwed themselves out of a top QB by winning garbage games at the end of the season. now if they want to move up for a QB its going to cost them. what a complete joke of a franchise, I hope Crosby gets the hell out of here so he can save his career.
