If you think what Brock has done this year with 3 different qb’s is great , imagine the numbers Tim Brown would have put up had he had a decent qb for just half of his career. It’s insane the amount of qbs that threw him the ball

Do you watch games? You can't compare Antonio Pierce to ANY of the coaches you mentioned. He's never been a head coach or even a coordinator in the NFL. He's awful at game management and indecisive. He's been brutal and any other view of that means you aren't looking at things through the lens of football. Simple. He's not a good head coach.

Adams saw the light & didn't want to stay with the Raiders who have been REBUILDING for the past 20 years. Adams wanted to be traded for the same reason Josh Jacobs left - tired of a new coach every year & REBUILDING every year. Max Crosby is openly not wanting to spend another REBUILDING season with the Raiders. We can only wonder how many Raider players that will become FREE Agents at the end of this season, opt to go play with a different team.

In Soccer they call it "toxic positivity". Always thinking everything is way better than it is. Too many Raider fans think this way. Pierce is a rah rah coach and Raider fans of today love that crap. In reality it's about improving and winning. The AFC West has the best coaches in the NFL for a division and the Raiders have Pierce? Pierce has not made a difference and has made many mistakes with clock management and play calling decisions.

Outside of Dan Campbell and the Lions, name a team whose players play harder for their coach? Just because the season turned out the way it did does not mean AP is a bad coach, in over his head. I get the impatience of the fan base. Everyone wants an instant winner. I've closely watched every down of every Raider game and over 100 other NFL games with the Sunday Ticket this season. I can assure you this--no head coach has been error free in game management. Not one. There have been some real boneheaded mistakes made by supposedly experienced HC's. But AP did not make any single egregious error that cost the Raiders a game. So what is the real beef against AP? We didn't have a winning season? If you boil it down to basics, the reason the season went sideways for the Raiders was the hiring of Getsy as the OC....period. Everything flows from that including Getsy's preference that Minshew start over AOC. So what I'd like to know is what sequence of events led to the hiring of Getsy. I suspect Getsy was the "best" of the leftovers in the reject pile. Had we hired the OC AP wanted, we wouldn't have had the offensive difficulties coming out of training camp. If the Raiders were 10-7 right now: would fans be calling for a new HC? Nope. Be honest. After 58 seasons with this team, what I'm most tired of is the never-ending coaching carousel of changing HC's every few years--like 18 different HC's in the last 36+ years??? That's a new HC every two friggin years. That has to stop NOW. For once we had a great draft class and we have a locker room who will play 110% for the coach. For once, take your hands off the wheel and don't mess it up!! We are cleaning up the Gruden drafting mess and misses and purged ourselves of the Patriot experiment that only worked in Foxboro. It takes a little time and lots of patience!!
