They only spawn in the Livonia bunker, so It means that he got It there most likely in a dead server just bc it's easy and doesn't have to fight in PvP and then switched servers to sort his base of loot or have PvP when hes geared up

Very nice gameplay, but as you're on console, cheaters don't exist. Edit: As in wallhacks and aimbot, duping is still very prominant

You incorrect sir people can cheat on console lagging the server is a thing people get banned all the time on community servers also there's plenty of exploits in the game too be considered cheating there used to even be a glitch to crash a server and roll it back if you died you can get all you shit back and if your fast get back in the server before the ones who killed you and kill them first I consider that cheating
