The model is discontinued I believe there were some similarities between the mechanical function and other sirens produced by another company. Causing it to get pulled from manufacturing

11:17 is wrong. Look at the station. It’s P5141 running as P313 for a medical hitting the horns. 312 runs out of a different station.

Negative. It is 312 At the time of filming, (during the early months of the COVID Pandemic) a few trucks swapped halls. P313 and 312 swapped halls, same with P142 and P143, P245 with P232. The list goes on

It's just a now uncommon siren that many filmers have an intrest in. Hard to find it on trucks as the model has been discontinued years ago
