If katpadi tirupati single line is doubled besides direct connectivity to tirupati running time also will be reduced for this train.

Ofc. fr infn.. th "Katpadi - Arakkonam - Renigunta - Tirupati" (129 KMs) s 25 KMs more distance when compared wt *"Katpadi - Chittoor - Pakala - Tirupati"* (104 KMs)

So train didn't take Katpadi - Tirupati route instead joined the Chennai - Mumbai before route Arakkonam for Tirupati

17209 Seshadri Express goes directly and stops at Tirupati. Starts from SMVT 11.30 and reaching Tirupati at 17.10. No need to go to Renigunta and come back

Sheshadri is cheap and best comfortable daily train in Bangalore Tirupati route like Cholan Exp of Mainline Egmore to TPJ thanks.

All most all Trains will be diverted after erection/establishment of Double Electrified Track in-between *"Katpadi - Chittoor - Pakala Jn - Tirupati"* now passing through "Katpadi - Arakkonam - Renugunta" (10 KMs Double Electrified Existing Track available now in-between Tirupati - Renigunta)

I had travelled in this train. Very bad food, tptb food loading, even though pantry car attached, maintenance of coaches bad, passing through 5 states, no responsibility of any body. No filling water in toiles. The waiters ill mannered, service poor. Speed super fast not everything. Ksrao

Certainly not fastest... as it has slag enroute. both train & line standard is average. flat wheel sound is so disgusting. IR should look at it both coaches & lines cum signalling standard specially in SR SWC ECOR after vizag.average speed on southern lines is poor.
