I wear caterpillar branded pants that have these knee pockets for foam pads. The pads are aligator skin looking that allows them to bend so its comfortable to wear. You just slip the foam into the knee pocket, and you dont really feel them at all, but they allow me to kneel down wherever, whenever, and not have sore knees. Also saved my knees from trailer hitches, too. Lol.. i got them at farm and fleet, but Im not sure where to get them anymore, but im sure you could find them or another brand that has them.

Ryan, that soft asphalt in the street is called cutback asphalt. It's used for temporary patches until you can come back and use HMA (hot mix asphalt) to patch it right. I use it all the time when working on underground utilitys in the street as a quick patch at the end of the day. Cutback is nice because you can keep a pile of it around the job for weeks and it wont get hard

One of our laborers was having trouble setting scaffolding at a house, because of a huge shrub in the way. No one had told him that the home owner had told us to not even look at that 100+ year old shrub wrong. For Tinos car: Try to turn the steering wheel a bit while trying to turn the key. My old Honda used to do that sometimes. The steering wheel will automatically lock like that and make it hard to turn the key but if you use some force to turn the wheel a bit, it'll take the pressure off the key and it should start

Its so aggravating, but chances are if Ryan fires them, he'll get 2 more guys who do the same thing and dont know his program. There's more leniency than there should be, but it's everyone.
