Hours before seeing the Super Mario Bros. Movie I got stricken with FOOD POISONING from bad oysters. I was hospitalized with severe dehydration and tried to rally in time for margaritas and Mario!

I am the laziest coffee drinker 😂. I have a hamilton beach flexbrew and just use the single side that "fits most pods" and just buy kurig pods. For my cold brew I buy the pre made cold brew in a carton at the store. I don't even know what brand it is haha, I just know where it is and what it looks like. I know it's not the starbucks one as that's more expensive and I'm not bougie enough for starbucks lol. Tim Hortons is where it's at. I'm Canadian so obvs.

In the summer, I make my own cold brew, with whole beans I grind and let it soak for about 30 hours. The rest of the year the weather is cold, so make hot coffee with freshly grinded beans on a coffee machine 😊

How is your connection to your spiritual self? Cuz wanting water so bad means a spiritual dehydration. Your higher self, intuition, soul, spirit, whatever you refer to it as is trying to ask you for a relationship. The food poisoning was where you knew but didn't listen to your intuition/soul/spirit. So I'm glad you healed.. But.. Just know that in order to be whole.. Mind body heart and soul.. You have to work on that connection as well✌️😉🤙
