I'm from PA but headed to Lee's Ferry next week. We are taking a back haul service and floating back down. Any recommendations for tackle? I know it's barbless, I'm thinking some spinners, and my ultra light 7ft rod?
@TheMountainProject3 жыл бұрын
I wouldn’t bring an ultralight. It’s pretty heavy water.

Can anyone just launch a boat there?
@TheMountainProject3 жыл бұрын
Yes, there is a kiosk up top where you buy the permit.

What color meat do most of the trout have down there

Rod and Lures used?
@TheMountainProject2 жыл бұрын
It’s a Lightweight 6’ or 6’-6”, four pound test, in-line spinner, silver spoon, white tail. Pink tail worked also. Cast cross stream or downstream and slowly reel upstream. Make sure it’s barbless.

@@TheMountainProject when you say inline, that means no swivel right? thanks!

@@TheMountainProject nice how do you think a flat bottom 12’ Jon boat would handle out there on lee’s ferry?

Awesome video man. New to the channel. Thx for sharing. Question, what size motor do you run on your boat? I did catch it in the video. Thx.

What the hell? You ain't got no night crawlers?! Dynamite? Rotenone? Gotta be sumthin' you can do to turn all those fish into something to eat!
