recently swapped my battery, ac was stuck on blowing cold air, but the controls weren't working to switch it off or anything. swapped the 2 relays like you said, worked! saved me from a massive headache man. Thank You!

I paid Firestone to repair my AC almost a year ago, 2800 bucks later and my air is still hit or miss. All seemed well recently and now the air is out, clutch not engaging. I knew I should've done it all myself and saved a grand. Gonna check my relay when I get home. Thank you for the location. Those maps under the lid always twist me up.

Helpful video..my clutch isn't engaging..on my 06 ss..been sitting for 5 years..just dumped 10k in it to get it back on the road..a.c. worked when it was parked 5 years ago..it was out of refrigerant but that didn't solve it...about to go check the relay..thank you for the content..

Thank you for this video cuz my AC stopped working and my 2006 trailblazer yesterday when I was trying to put a radio in and it did it shorted out the fucking 10 amp fuse and I messed with the relay a little bit and boom my condenser kicked right back on AC started working so thank you

Hopefully, this is it. Crazy there are some auto shops that will want to check on the lines first for $300. My AC works, it's just random when it works and doesn't.

Shit yes! It worked. The relay was hit and the compressor turned on. Switched with horn relay. Thanks a billion. Just spent good money on ac pro can and was bummed it didn't work. Now I don't have to sweat while riding.

Does the clutch relay feed power directly to the fan clutch without going through any cut-off switches ?

So, what if the fuses and relay are good. As well as the clutch and Has great pressure. And its still not working? Would that be the cycle switch on the accumulator? Or the compressor itself?

How do you engage the clutch on the a/c compressor when the shop disengaged it? Had it replaced last year after previous one shredded. Finally got to clear the lines, now I want to reengage it and have a/c

So my clutch relay is spinning like it's supposed to be, I've also replaced the blower motor, the resistor, and the wiring harness. My blower motor still won't blow sometimes it blows on one but that's it. What could be wrong with it?

Anyone know what could cause the compressor to keep blowing fuses? They don't blow right away and the AC works and is cold until it blows again. Is the clutch shorted or something else?

So i replaced my alternator and battery and my 06 rainier still won't start my last thing is the main relay switch but I have not the slightest idea where it is any help or any other suggestions would be appreciated i just dumped 300 bucks into this junk

I have an 02 Trailblazer EXT. I a/c is taking freon. The a/c compressor is not engaging. When I turn it I hear no clicking. I checked the fuse and relay and both are good. The mechanic tried jumping the compressor and it still did not engage. What you think this could be

If there is power getting to the compressor clutch and it is not engaging then I would suspect that the ac clutch is bad. I'd recommend changing the compressor assembly

Lehew Tech I checked this morning to see if the freon was still in the system and nothing let out. I even bypassed the low pressure switch and the compressor didn’t kick in. Just wanted to double check those things. Looks like I’ll be ordering an a/c compressor

My compressor in my 02 trailblazer just stopped engaging today and I have hot air. My Freon is good and both relay and fuse looks good. What you think should be my next 2 steps. Thanks.

Check to see if the compressor is receiving power. If it is receiving power but not engaging then replace it. If it is not receiving power but the fuse and relay are good then you may have an issue with one of the pressure switches or maybe the hvac panel itself

@@LehewTech Thanks i just jumped the low pressure switch and it starts right up. I connected it back and now the compressor turns on and off then completely off. You think it could be the low pressure switch itself?

Sounds plausible I would confirm that you have adequate pressures and replace that sensor as well

@@LehewTech I replaced low pressure switch and still compressor does not run. My refrigerant is still filled as well and I can still jump the low pressure switch connector and make the compressor run.

04 trailblazer blows hot air on passengers side. I already checked the fuse , it’s fine. Just had refrigerant put in I tried recalibrated it. Still blowing hot air. Are there other things to check before replacing actuators. Please help.

You could remove the actuator and turn the blend door by hand

My AC isnt working (already tried the fuse/relay) but it turns out the little indicator lights on the AC, rear defrost and air circulation buttons all aren't coming on when I press them do you know what could cuase this? Most likely a coincidence but my battery went bad and everything was working fine and when I put the new one in it was like this

I had to buy a new hvac control board. The knob that turns the fan up and the temp control and vent choices. 180 freakin dollars
