Well I have been trying to figure out what to do I have jumped the relay like you did and it came on and it has pressure by the gauge I changed the pressure sensor and jumped the pigtail with relay in with no luck so I don't understand what else to do the pigtail may be shorted to the sensor but I don't know how to check it seems like it is making a loud popping sound sometimes when I have it jumped at the relay I have been driving with it like that and I want to find the problem.i am really stuck thanks Dan W 02 trailblazer

Have the same vehicle, haven't drove it in a few yrs but recently started. Tried to recharge ac and light smoke started to come from somewhere?! Is this normal for a vehicle that hasn't used ac in awhile?

2005 chevy trailblazer the clutch is kicking on it looks like I have enough freon but it's still blowing warm air is that a fuse or relay problem

Worth looking into the blower motor, and thermostat- my envoy did the same thing and randomly the truck would overheat so bad you could hear the coolant boiling 😳 basically your ac could be fine but information isn’t being relayed that it’s even set to cold- so it just blows hot air. Good luck

Is jumping the relay as shown to check for charge dangerous to compressor if just a quick check?

He’s saying if your system has no refrigerant in it and you jump the relay, that it could damage your compressor. He also says not to keep the wire in the relay spot as a temporary solution to keep your compressor running. Which obviously would be a bad idea

If i press the ac button, the ac-off light flashes on the panel and ac wont come on. Would that impliment a broken fuse or relay?

MIne makes a rapid clicking noise and then stops, no ac. occasionally it actually doesnt do that upon start up and just turns on

Anyone know why my 10 amp fuse above the relay keeps blowing? I replace the ac compressor because i tough it was a short on the clutch and replaced again thinking that the new compressor came with a bad clutch but still keeps on blowing the fuse. Anyone knows where should i look for a short?

Mine too, my engine temp gauge wont work and my ac doesnt work when this happens. I take the negative battery terminal off for like 10 seconds and itll work for may e a day or 2
