Rainmeter - How to make custom Honeycomb icons for any program (Windows)

Note This video is intended for people who already have Rainmeter installed. This video does not show how to install Rainmeter or get the Honeycombs skin.
I am using Windows 10, but 7 and 8 should also work.
The video does go by quite quickly, so pausing may be necessary at each step.
