It is a game changer, especially with the crazy, unpredictable weather here in the Midwest. It has mad😅e such a difference in my beds. Even when we got rain, a lot of the beds by my house were dry because of the eaves above them. My drip is on a timer, and I vary the timing according to the heat, etc.

First, I am so sorry anyone would get mad at you about making a change in your garden. Rude. A few years ago I put soaker hoses in my gardens. Flash droughts are becoming more common because of climate change, and they have saved me hours of labor. I didn't need them all spring/early summer, but it hadn't rained here since mid-July so they were in the gardens already when I needed them. The jumping worm issue really scares me. I'm sure it's coming (I'm a mile south of the WI/IL border), and I'm really afraid of what it will do to our gardens. Oh, and also, I just love the woodland feel of your garden. I love that you can wander over to a bed and find those toad lilies blooming so delicately. ❤
