Please sir I am very interested to know about when you are going to land in ground then computer saying 50 40 30 20 10 and after 10 what is saying by the computer I couldn't hear properly, so please tell me about that if you don't mind please. First I thought that its saying retouch but I am not sure about it

It says ‘Retard’. The aircraft is asking the pilot flying to move the thrust levers to idle

It’s saying ‘Retard’. It’s just a reminder to the pilots to retard the thrust incase they haven’t already!

It’s all about perception and feeling. No definite technique to flare. Everyday is a new technique to flare based on external factors.
