There’s a far easier and cheaper way to make sure YOUR money gets spent the way you want it to be spent. Put into government a political party that has the firm intention to have small government and preferably none at all where it’s not needed. But we haven’t had one of those for thirty years. Otherwise you will just have to pay up and get used to it. Tax money isn’t your money once you’ve handed it over, never was, never will be.

I understand that his company Blackrock are interested in buying up thousands of acres of land in west Norfolk. Why was he entertained so swiftly after this government was elected. Clearly this government have been planning for months or years whilst the Tories destroyed themselves. They didn’t have to declare anything in their manifesto. The red carpet had been rolled out for them. Now all they have to do is blame everything on a financial black hole which doesn’t exist and deceive the electorate any which way they can to introduce this extreme socialist ideology.

Raising tax to give to foreigners seems universally unfair when all our own public services are broken and underperforming. That includes freebies for immigrants. Illegal or otherwise. The Governments focus should be how money is spent in our public services and welfare reform. You can’t justify immigration as required for labour shortages when we’ve got millions sat on their backside.

Foreign aid should always come from voluntary contributions, Let the government set the total figure for the aid. Then, by ticking a box on your tax form, the required donation comes from an extra tax. Those who do not wish to contribute simply do not tick the box. The whole thing can be solved by simply adjusting peoples' tax code accordingly. The same policy should apply to the funds released to pay for illegal immigrants. You want them, you pay for them!
@richardharris721410 күн бұрын
We've given [=wasted] millions to France for not stopping the illegal immigrant invasion, millions to Rwanda for not housing asylum seekers, and billions to Ukraine to lose a war, so why not give the odd half a billion to some African farmers which will be inevitably be siphoned off into the coffers of various corrupt regimes? Thanks for voting Labour, Tory and LibDem, people. This is the result.
