That young man's situational awareness was spot on that night...he probably saved his buddy & himself from a a bad knife wound, or even death. In NO WAY was the attacker "pulling my knives out to drop them"...we can see that after they're in his hands he takes another step or two forward -- at that point, the young man's punch was a clear-cut case of self-defense, as knives are considered deadly/lethal-force weapons, especially when drawn/held by someone under 7 meters from you. The suspect is lucky those young men weren't armed themselves, they'd be well within their rights to shoot him in that situation. Keep your head on a swivel out in public, folks.

Wow, this asshole needs a year in jail to sober up and think about what he did. Attacking someone’s son at his place of work. That’s a damn shame. Also leave it to the cop to try and trip up the obvious victim in telling their story. 😮
@slippi24766 ай бұрын
They weren't trying to "trip up the victim", they cross reference things to make sure their story is true lol. It's literally how you collect evidence so that your case is stronger and the person at fault is actually held accountable rather than released on some bullshit technicality.

As the other guy said, they weren't trying to hem up the young man. They were using basic verification techniques to make it possible to successfully press charges on the real aggressor if the brave young man had chosen to press the charges.

This guy is creepy. Next thing you know you’re gonna be looking up old newspaper articles about him, and then you’re gonna find out he actually died 20 years ago to the day…! D:

Hey, good for the old dude accepting his consequences at the beginning there. "He was better than me." Respect for that. But bro, you're old enough to be an adult at least two or three times. You shouldn't be going out with knives looking for anybody. No respect for that.

@eriksand9262 That's not what I said at all. You might want to re-read and re-read. You may comprehend then. If you don't that's your problem, not mine. I'm not responsible for your ability to understand the English language.

People choosing to not press charges lets the offender know there's no consequences for crimes & assures they'll do it again & next victim probably won't be this lucky.
