I'm guessing she is on some kind of medication, like an antidepressant or mood stabilising med and a lot of them add a lot of water weight, (I've tried three or four of them over the years because they have started prescribing for physical pain because of how they dull nerve endings) every time I've taken them I've gained around 40lbs in water weight and my clothes didn't fit... She's a certified lunatic so she may just be wearing clothes she stole from a washing line or she has possibly gained 40lbs from her medication.

I don't care how busy the judicial system is or how full the jails are, give them appropriate sentences for all of her judicial line items and no more of this concurrent sentencing, ONLY consecutive jail time. Only 40 days only for beating the dog? She should have been given a sentence of 364 days for that charge alone.

I have been make to take DBT classes and man when I went back court I thank the judge. The skill have help me so much and I am not so angry no more. I have learn to talk about my feelings rather then go being crazy or fighting.

It really does give you a choice around your behavior, no matter how you “feel”. I thought my behavior would be stable when I felt stable, but it’s the opposite! You focus on stable behavior and self regulation and you actually start to feel better.

As someone in DBT I really appreciate the added awareness for that specific therapy and it's pretty chill honestly recommend for just about everybody even if you dont have BPD or are court mandated❤

Same! My sister struggles with BPD and honestly it's saved her in ways I'll never fully understand. I was really happy to hear it being represented.
