very well said by Anand Ranganathan. about the judicial system, i think, the lower courts and even high courts should be working in the evening slot 6:30pm-1030pm for all civil cases. most of the cases get postponed to next date due to absence of either party and people can't take leave every time from work to attend court in the day time. if civil cases are held in the evening, then more people would attend in person and it would be easier for the case to proceed if both parties are present at same time and then maybe many cases can be resolved more quickly.

They should make sections in Supreme Court also for dealing with each kind of cases . Bail applications, pending trials, etc. and a independent judge should deal with them .

I believe in case of Farm Laws, one of the failure of the govt. was the communication of these laws to the community. Beside the farmers, various small and medium manufacturers of farm machinery such as one who manufactures Seeddrills, Threshers etc were concerned with the 3rd farm law of contract farming that if Big Giants such as Adani and Ambani would engage in large scale contracts with farmers, they would set up their own manufacturing units of these machineries and give them to farmers for use or include a clause to use only their machines which would destory these small businesses. Government failed to clarify the doubts of farmers and other players.
