My grandfather used to run a refugee camp from 1960s till early 2000s. My dad grew up with many Bangladeshi refugee kids who became his friends since 1971. He learnt how to speak Bangla and is friends with some of them even today. My father gets very happy when he sees Bangladesh doing well. I showed him this comment. He got very happy to see an ambitious young man from Bangladesh. RN Bhaskar, an economics professor whom I personally know from my time at Jadavpur University, comes across as a rather disapproving figure. Having a strong inclination towards leftist ideologies, he consistently expresses a pessimistic view about India. His critiques often target India's political and economic landscape, while he tends to favor authoritative regimes, particularly evident in his admiration for China's political system. I distinctly recall his support for Mamata Banerjee's economic policies during her tenure as the Chief Minister of West Bengal. It's important to approach his views with caution, as he is known to present data selectively, sometimes inaccurately, contributing to a skewed perspective. As someone who has distanced myself from leftist ideologies, I encourage others to independently research and understand the intricacies of a country's economy, urging skepticism towards Bhaskar's viewpoints. 🙏

@@TimelyTurtle I have. Enjoying myself seeing such joyless Modi bahkts suffering the trauma of corruption and the humiliation of getting caught. Citizen duty. Dont let you country get hikacked by a corrupt businessman who has the Prime Minsiteer as his pimp

Loved the episode Raj! Keep doing more of these! I'd love something on Tata's. I know there is a book, but i really enjoy the way conversational videos like these are. So if you can take it up!

Great discussion Raj. However, the most important issue of Modi and Adani relationship has missed attention of the author. Now India knows Adani is a main source of Modi to get billions of rupees for all elections. Once Modi is out of power. Bad days of Adani will start. The end would be similar to Harsad Mehta story.

Three things to know about Raj: 1- Raj is sold 2- Raj does not care about what's right and wrong 3- Raj uses Deshbhakti to cover the bad of an overvalued company which analysts were warning from very early that it's a bubble which will eventually burst sinking billions of hard earned investor's money.

Thank you for creating such podcast. Truly amazed with the level of things happening at Adani. Best insight was that he started business of the dredging machines, and this shows Indian Jugad mindset. I believe in Adani and will always have more trust on Indian business tycoons..
