Why does the host keep interrupting her ? She is giving some insightful information and he keeps interrupting, the flow of conversation is not happening and the topic changes after that. Can you let her finish ? Why is the host trying to show off that he knows everything? Why do you invite experts on the podcast and not let them speak ?

Sleep hours per nahi cycles per depend hai ...4 cycles must hai rem and nrem ki jaruri hai and each cycle is 90 minutes...and agar daily habits ho to body sab adjust kr leti hai ..yes but around 6 hours sleep is must not minimum...
