1. Switch off screens - laptops mobiles 1-2 hours before sleep 2. Take morning sunlight or bei n light 3. Try to sleep n wake up at the same time more or less. For atleast 5-6 days on a week. 4. Avoid caffeine after 4 pm..

Really I experienced many times after using light screen at night it becomes difficult to sleep early but I haven't given it much priority upon it now Will learn and maintain the decipline suggested by you specially I always observed your interesting videos before sleep now I will view it two hours before. After observing you it is clear that somewhere my intuition was right but I was only unaware and not giving it's priority. Just thanku is not sufficient you should be rewarded you should be awarded. You are not just nutritionist and health expert but and Angel to many. Every one needs this message but maybe unaware of its worth but our focus should be for the needful and those who prioritise it's worth I Will suggest as far as possible and will share wherever necessary. You changed my life for the better! Wish you lots of blessings!

I'm awake the full night. Altimeter I get up put on the light n start reading The BhagwatGeeta. Currently I'm taking GNC MELATONIN but not helping atall .Recently dr has asked me to take restell tablet. N yes I'm 60 years old. Pls help me out. Thankyou.

bahut logical, sahee pauses, kuchh adhik technical aspects ke lie bhee kaaphee saral bhaasha. aapakee hindee achchhee hai, vaise :) ek cheej jo main apanee neend ko behatar banaane kee koshish karoonga vah sone ke samay se do ghante pahale sabhee electronics ko band kar dena hai. Let's see how it goes :). agar kuchh hai jo main neend ke baare mein aur adhik jaanana chaahata hoon to vah yah hai ki sone ke samay se kuchh ghante pahale "how to wind down?" Some broad ideas ko aap sujha sakate hain? The podcast that you said you will do on "alcohol", I would say will be very nice to hear from you. Sleep issues hai. Meine weight bhi kam kar liya. Weight normal ho gya but mera sleep issue theek nhi hua. So tho jaata hoon but beech mei khulne ke baad vaapis neend nhi aati. Mei workout bhi sahi time pe karta hoon. Subah 5.30 ko karta hoon. But mera neend ka problem theek nhi hai.
