"There are too many ward quotes." Well I'm sure it would be better if he only had one and any time you plopped down a ward you hear that one single line. As a support main I put down 20+ wards per game and I'm ashamed to say I don't even ward that much. If I had to hear the same line every time I put down a ward, I would go insane, just like the caitlyn mains that had to listen to her saying "headshot" every two seconds during that glitch way back when.

As for what Ionians did to the vastaya, we've only got their side of the conflict, which seems to that of oppression. Would really like to see what Ionians like Master yi and karma have to say about them. Although and this is only speculation for now, a lot of Ionian related lore centres around protectiby magical areas or people becoming overwhelmed with powers ( Varus, zed, Syndra,) and so on. By what rakkon and xayah going on about magic, they're not a fan of this mentality of containing magic. Perhaps this extended to them with Ionians considering. them as dangerous beings who's magic could disrupt the balance.

From Ionia. Riot introduced a new species called the Vastaya and in the new lore that species originated from Ionia but eventually reached other parts of the world, hence Rengar being reffered to as Vastayan as well.

Aparently Yordles are still their own thing since their origin was retconned but Riot still hasn't spilled much of them. They are magical and spirit like but outside of that they haven't done more. THey probably waiting to introduce a new Yordle after Kled to go deeper into the story.

-rengo- up to this point noone had a clue what rengo was -swain- up to this point swain used magic to morf, but now it looks like swain always was half vastayan (like the pig man in the vastaya story), but hid his true apereance -udyr- uses similar magic that created the vastayans

I noticed that both Rakan and Xayah are very proud of they're heritage. Just some of the interactions they have with the other champions shows it off. It's actually very impressive that League of Legends can put that into just some interactions you might hear if you kill a certain Champion.
