Oh, that's so nice to know and see, how this brushes works! I see that you love this brushes, you use it a lot, also for blending the colored pencils with odorless mineral spirit, and because of that, I buy a #12 and #8 of this brushes. I met an Artist who used the angular brush a lot, to paint in acrylic or watercolor. And I loved how all her artwork looked.😊❤😊

Yay! Those are the brushes I recommended a while back on one of your livestreams. Glad you like them! Someone else mentioned the Princeton Grainer brushes. Those are indeed the same as the rake brushes and the Princeton Select 3750 Grainers are pretty good as well.

I had never seen these in the store until last week. Had no idea what it was. Figured it was for texture but didn’t actually think about it. Now I’m painting my first dog portrait and could really use one. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Just found your channel and loving it! I've only been painting for around 9 months (mostly Bob Ross, he's the reason I started to paint) but I tried painting your owl and really enjoyed digging into the detail and small, fine brush work. Subscribed and starting by catching up on your oils videos.

Lisa! I sat down to work on finishing up a pup portrait and thought "hm. I think I'll get caught up on some KZbin videos." And I saw that you posted this. How perfect! Most of my acrylic brushes are Princeton, and I've been pretty happy with their rake brushes. ❤️

Thanks Lisa!! This was very helpful. I have been having trouble with Eagle feathers. I think my canvas is too rough. I should of did a second coat of gesso. I will keep at it though, I don’t want to start over. I’m learning.... Thanks!!

I was told by the lady at Hoftcraft here in Michigan that King Art actually is La Cornell (spell check!!), something to do with family taking over or something like that...
