I absolutely love my Power Wagons. I started with an 18, and now have a 21 75th. Of all the trucks on the market, it's the most do-it-all setup you can buy. Congrats on the new truck!

I just bought my PowerWagon last month mainly cause it looks so incredibly badass. It's fully loaded to and the interior is amazing. I have never really off roaded before but now that I know I can makes me really want to get out there and try it.

Its a ton of fun! Take someone who knows what they're doing with you at first so it's a little less daunting haha. And make sure the trails are big truck friendly for the most part

Should be getting a power wagon by Oct of this year. Main reason for wanting one is that there's not many people in my area with it, it looks phenomenal & the off-road capabilities is insane. I had my eye on a Rubicon, but for the Rubicon price, I may as well get something that looks better and with a hemi in it. Can't wait to straight pipe it & put a 4.5" lift/ 35s or 37s on it.

I have a 2020 Ram 2500 Power Wagon! Love it to death!!!! One badass truck for damn sure however, I am forced to switch to a Cummins to do the towing capabilities. Enjoy your new ride, your gonna love it!

The only thing that turns me off about a diesel is the emissions equipment which is why I will keep my 13 Cummins g56 that I put on a diet a few years ago. It’s hard to get off-road tunes now. If I did trade for something brand new, I’d go with a power wagon for sure.

I bought my ‘22 about a month ago. I’m opposite of you and have been wheeling most of my life. My Jeep is built enough that I have to do stupid stuff to push it and because of that, my wife wants no part of off roading. Plus it’s got an interior roll cage and it’s hard to get in and out of. My tow vehicle has been a ‘10 Yukon Denali and it was getting pretty high miles on it, 185k. So I decided to buy a Power Wagon. It’s a great tow vehicle for what I need and can do some mild off road trails and not be way over kill.

I made the same switch in 2020 when my cummins died from electrocution. I had the same story as you but mine began in 2011 when i got a deal too good to pass up on my cummins. My 2019 power wagon was good enough deal to buy but not exactly as i wanted it, and in december of 21 i traded it for a loaded level 2 for virtually nothing out of pocket. You will love the wagon

I'm getting average of like 10, on 37s and with a pretty heavy foot. My speedo hasn't been corrected for the 37s so mileage could be a tad better.

This is exactly what I was going to comment. I’d love a diesel but I wouldn’t use it for what it’s built to do. As off-roading is my hobby a PW would be my ideal truck or a rebel with a winch. The poor gas mileage is a trade off but compared to diesel costs and maintenance that comes with a diesel it’s the same price of ownership really. If you can get 300k miles out of your PW then it’s the better deal IMO. You wouldn’t be looking to sell it at that point as it will be obsolete with EVs taking over. Then again it will be so rare that someone may offer you a ridiculous amount for it just like the old restored WW2 PWs…

11% below MSRP is good. I can't find those prices. I've been wanting a PW for years. I don't do much off road other than during hunting season and only tow 7500 lbs once or twice a year. I am worried about gas mileage on long towing trips and being stranded, but really like it.

Mark dodge in Louisana will do 11% off on ordered trucks. Ask for “Sandi” think i might film a video on how and where to get good deals in this market. I didn’t get quite 11% (it was on the lot on local) i got around 6-7k off msrp tho

I like both! Wanted white or blue on the power wagon tho(hydro blue was #1 choice). Wanted white because it'll show scotches less after taking it off-road!

Same axles in both trucks

Their different. The gears for a power wagon cannot fit in the Axles for the cummins etc.. ie no lockers for the rear axle in the cummins. Similar but different.

@@SlowSpeeds they changed in 2019 but everything before that is available. what guy are doing is getting rear end out of a wreck and putting it in new model .plenty of guy wheeling new Cummins with lockers you just have to find 18 or older axle from junk yard.
