Pls,can anyone tell if there is guided Sri Ramamana Maharshi meditation available online? I am from 🇲🇪 (100% Christian,mainly Ortodox) probably the only one trying to follow the path in this country (600k population) and am doing it the best I can through YT and books available online etc. This would really help,I know that it is not the begginer's meditation but it resonates more then any other. Reading Yougananda Authobiography finally got it in English of course and he,Shi Ramana and Ram Dass are what resonates 100% as I was "Buddhist" as a child when I didn't really get it but more felt it at 6,7yrs of age (in ORTODOX CHRISTIAN conservative 3rd world country),but listening to many teachers,speeches,reading books - those are the ones that ME is telling are the way for me. Not Ego driven question,just,I feel like doing that meditation for hours (one day maybe 🙏😊) but need to be guided now through. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH 🙏 These episodes are priceless especially when you are born here. Love to all 🙏❤

The candle flame is supposed to be a physical flame. You become one with the flame and it helps to detach from your body
