I love listening to Ram Dass also. He has such warmth in his words and makes me feel very connected to my higher self and to all in one consciousness. I have the sense that Sahaja Samadhi is a permanent samadhi while being fully capable operating in the world. Something like “heaven on earth” stuff…

@Alex722 Exactly.The bliss is 24/ 7. No more doubts because without an ego mucking things up, you have a total awareness of what is guiding your thoughts & actions.OH WHAT A RELIEF.

I-Self is merged with breath due to the awareness being brought to the breath in meditation, and so he enters Samadhi where that Self can be dissolved. Body is not attached with self when in samadhi, it's a common miracle of sorts which he talks about.

That 1,000,000 dollar prize from dr Ramsay for showing actual psychic ability could be given to the guru. My guess is that he uses trickery and is not actually psychic. I also get the feeling whenever ram dass is telling these guru supernatural stories that he is lying.

Could also have gone to Uri Geller, but that's not how these things work. I believe Ram more than Uri, but they both talk about blindfolded driving. You had to be there, obviously.

@Roman Schmidbauer Why is it so hard to accept? What if I told you 300 years ago that there were waves in the air that can transport our voices so we could talk from across the globe. You would probably call it a miracle, impossible, magic, or burn me at the stake. But now we have telephones, which science has given us. So why can't all this miracle stuff he talks about have an advanced scientific explanation that we just haven't understood yet? Not only that, but there are tons of people, including myself, who are totally rational and have had "psychic" or unexplainable experiences like these.

Tere we're like 40 other westerns who atested to NKB miracles.Ever hear the saying 3 can keep a secret if 2 are dead. Someone could make a lot of money writing a tell all exposing NKB an Ram Dass experiences as all lies. Of course none of the people who went there have.

It's the absolute confidence in communication that comes with certain states of mind, it sounds too confident and people usually associate that with a planned response/lying. When you have been in those states you begin to understand that type of linguistic talk. A lot of what ram dass is talking about is from huge amount of reflection as well, this adds to the confidence, because he's already considered the story from 100 angles before he tells it, but then it just flows out in the moment. The flow/over confidence is what makes you question him, it's all ego questioning though.
