My diet is ramazan Sehri ...suger free tea + two bran bread ND omlate. . Aftaar ...one date + suger free red drink half glass.+ Little salad. Dinner ... Few bites of ful grain roti + little protein or vegetable ....cup of tea ... No suger ...no oils. .. But two days ....no weight loose

Sometimes we are not losing weight due to sufficient eating. As you mention in your comment something is wrong, calculate Your BMR and TDEE. And maintain a deficit of 300 to 400 calories.

السلام علیکم، جو کچھ ڈاکٹر صاحبہ نے تجویز کیا ہے یہ سب اگر ہم رمضان المبارک کے علاوہ بھی جاری رکھیں تو یقیناً وزن کم ہو جائے گا انشاء اللہ۔۔۔ مگر رمضان میں تقریباً ہر گھر میں طرح طرح کے کھانے پکے ہوئے ہوتے ہیں، سحر و افطار میں صرف وہ شخص کامیاب ہو گا جس نے اپنے آپ کو قابو میں رکھا ہوا ہو گا۔ اور بیشک جن کا وزن زیادہ ہے خوراک کی طلب بھی انکو زیادہ ہو گی۔ سو کوشش کریں کہ ضبط نفس ہو۔ جزاک اللّہ

Jo bhi log weight loss karna chahte hain,wo bas ye karen k kuch bhi fry na len,healthy bana kar khayen paneer ki stuffing mung daal cheele me karen,dahi sehri me lena bahot achha hota hai,in mohtarma ne to indirectly sab kuch band kar diya,agar inki batai ki to inke jaise hi ho jaoge or bimar lagoge or 5 time ki namaz exercise hi hai bahot barkat ka mahina hai,healthy khayen achha khayen bhukhe na maren

But I use one glass milk with almonds ...10 nd one cholate nd iftariii ma fruits k use krte o nd lemon water ....with three dates or after namx I eat dinner...I loses 7 to 8 kg every year

Dairy makes you gain weight.. must avoid milk and yogurt at all times.you can take only 1/4 of a cup of dairy in a day in order to loose weight , other than that everything she said makes sense. Helpful video indeed.
