Dairy makes you gain weight.. must avoid milk and yogurt at all times.you can take only 1/4 of a cup of dairy in a day in order to loose weight , other than that everything she said makes sense. Helpful video indeed.

I Dont lose weight although I don't eat dinner i only do iftari with fruit chaat or chana chaat that's it..! N in sehri I eat roty with egg.. Y I don't loose weight..?
