Nice video sir ji, लेकीन रमण equation मे भी change in इलेक्ट्रिक fuild equationहै और without polarisation equation me bhi change in electric field ka equation hai to...iske hisab se dono me polarization hona chahiye q ki rule hai ki electric field vha polarization hoga. Raman spectroscopy me to hoga.. Lekin Mue= alphazero.E is condition me bhi polarization hona chahiye q ki electric field hai
