My favorite childhood memory. Depicting our glorious history of Ramayana. Tears flow down my eyes, such is the powerful music , depiction in this movie. Extremely well made, my favorite Ramayana that was ever created 🚩🚩🚩

Yugo Sako PRODUCED this film for heaven's sake. He made documentaries before this. Ram Mohan was INDIAN, he was an award winning animated film maker. Koichi Sasaki was also an animator. They directed this film. The Japanese certainly financed the Legend of Prince Rama

I only discovered just now that this film had a digitally remastered screening in a cinema! I wish there was a screening in Bangalore too! I would have definitely gone for it. I've lost count of how many times I've watched this film as a child. I still have the VCD of it but would have loved to get a theatrical experience of it as an adult. Would have brought back so many fond memories of the film and given me a new perspective on it too.
