There is no question of the Lord being not a Brahmachari !! The Lord is Omni-Present.. The Jivas are ever part of the Lord ! He is in constant touch with all of his Manifestation.. There is no question of Separation here.. What is the relationship of myself to my hands or the Legs? They are always in constant touch with myself/Selg/Jiva... Such is the relationship of the Lord to The Jivas.. So there is no question of Separation.. We are eternal parts of the Jivas.. And HE is our very experience.. For example, he is the taste of water.. What is the experience when we drink water or taste a Sweet.. That very experience is nothing but the Lord !! We are to perpetually experience the Lord.. So When Sri Krishna is dancing with the Gopis, the Gopis (as Jivas) are experiencing the Lord in his pastime !! And the Omni-Present Lord, while he is here in a certain form (as Sri Krishna) and the Jivas (in the form of Gopis) in a certain form is unfolding his (Sri Krishna) divine play here in a certain way..... but then he is omni-present so The form that was manifested here is just for the Material senses of the Gopis, to experience the Lord in a certain way.. And The sense in which Brahmachari is applied to the Jivas does not EVEN apply to the Lord, as he is in eternal relationship with the Jivas and as he is Omni-Present, there is not even a MOMENT when he is apart from the Jivas... !! Btw, in the ultimate sense, every single Jiva is PASSIVE, meaning we as men (sex identifcation) are also Gopis in the ULTIMATE sense, these is no sex identification to the Self/Soul. The Lord is the only ACTIVE Principle, and he is the eternal Husband of the every single Jiva/Gopis !! Good Luck !!
