I know that you had made this a year ago, but if you are wondering if there is protection for the rear quarter panels in the tub, I saw that Motobuilt makes a solid, aluminum strip that goes from one wheel well to the other, and attaches on the very bottom with revnuts to prevent damage like you took from not having a full sized bumper. I guess they made it because they were tired of their bumpers slamming into the back under the tailgate along the corners. Hopefully this helps. Also, I like your videos and the way you explain things.

Have the rocker gaurds held up? I have the step sliders with armor and ended up getting bad rocker panel damage right under the B pillar. They sent me the rocker guards but man they are thin aluminum and I am just worried they will not hold up to serious hits.

Do the rocker guards protect against shopping cart damage? Regarding the rear quarter panel damage might I suggest getting either a handicap sticker or park further away from the mall entrance. You are a legend in your own mind. 😂

I’m not 💯 but don’t think the side skins shown in your video fit the JT. I ended up getting Body Guard Bumper armor skins for that reason on my JTR. They offer some RSE side skins for the JT but they are quite wimpy looking & little protection I’m having the RSE power steps installed soon along with the additional step guards & lights. A must with an additional 3” lift & 37x20s. Even with a mall crawler if you ever sell your Jeep buyers will want the extra guards.

What about waterproofing ? When you crossing rivers or deeper water the electrical connections or the motor does it brake or short circuit ?

The motors are a sealed unit, so no issues.

Like the RS Armor look. Since you have zero chrome on your Beast, you might want to consider powder coating those shiny bolt heads to black. The 8 frame attachment bolts on my new RH4x4 front bumper look much better blacked out.
