Very Nice! Led Zeppelin is and always has been the greatest Rock & Roll band of all time!(IMHO). Jimmy Page is THE reason I became a guitar player some 48 years ago! Having said that I am pretty critical of people who "try" to cover them...However every now and then I stumble across someone who really took the time to study the song and all that it entails but then there is also the feel, the vibe, the energy. Many can play the notes but few are able to convey the song as it was intended. You got there with this one! Keep going...please!

Thank you for your very thoughtful comment, Zoso. I am so gratified to know I did this song justice. I really did study every nuance, listening to isolated tracks and trying to recreate to the best of my ability what Zeppelin did. I also really put myself to the test trying to be all 4 members of Zeppelin. Frankly, it was a bit intimidating! I also wanted to impart some of ME into the song so I'm not just a human jukebox. I appreciate your supportive words 🙂

These "production" videos are astoundingly good! (It's an art-form in itself!) But, I especially am impressed (And, IN AWE!) of the single-shot live-renditions where you "nail it" with your live vocal and playing ability!

This is what happens when Jimmy Page & Nancy Wilson’s musical love child is your awesome & welcoming next-door neighbor who babysits your kid when you and your wife need a date, and records her drum & electric guitar parts before 9pm so those amazing Bonham & Page riffs don’t keep everyone on the neighborhood up. Plus, she invites the neighbors over for s’mores over the fire pit and shows us these insane scenes from her trip to Sedona before the acoustic jam session in the backyard so neighbors don’t complain. You killed this, Ms. V. You are killing it. Just awesome!

Vesper, I've found my next new favourite KZbin channel. I've already seen your Battle of Evermore video. Superb video and music production there. And here, more excellent video work, and superb music mixing and production - I have music mixing experience. The voice doubling, (I love voice doubling,) the reverb, and as some have already mentioned, the panned duet at the end. That was the icing on the cake there. Jimmy in production was having fun dialling that pan pot back and forth on the album. Now I've had a second listen through headphones, I have some mixing tips: it needs a little more reverb, pan the rhythm and lead a bit left and right to give it some width during the chorus and bridge - it's a bit too much down the centre. And the hard panned ending duet voice levels need to come down a bit. it washed out the music a bit. But otherwise, a great rendition. Keep it up! ☺

I was born in 1956 and heard you say the 57 or 57 was your daddy's guitar. My father only played the spoons, and my mom played the piano and was a vocalist for decades. I have played a little piano and lots of guitar acoustic for personal reasons for spirituality. My dad was in WWII and had trouble PDS but never would talk about it. He was a good man and when he had a few bears his spoons would come out. What a memory! I am going to buy a guitar for my granddaughter for Christmas. I tried to get her a Yamaha piano but her mother if fighting it. She is so busy working full time and college at 15 hours per semester. I got my degree in electrical engineering because of my parents and I was the only kid to graduate. Now they are gone and I miss them so but I am going to fight to put music in my 3 granddaughters life. They are 8 and 2 twins at 5. You said you started at 11 so I feel it's a good age. Thank you for being open about your life. People do t understand that you don't have to give out your home address to give advice or something that had great bearings to your life. You take care and Merry Christmas and happy new year. We need a good year. Bye Cliff
