My theory for the Mascots this time, if their not robots... their genetically engineered Mascots. THAT is another page from Millionaires/billionaires who do stupid dangerous shit because they think it's cool. Rambley is shaping up to be one of my favorite AI characterss next to GlamRock Freddy and GlaDos. While i do like this first chapter, I like it in CONCEPT. I understand this is the developers first game solo. So i can see a lot of Copy Paste assets to save on time and free 3D assets in use. However making the first test chapter Free is a great idea to get people interested to support the kickstarter for future episodes. I also think while this test chapter is good Rambley carries A LOT of it like GlamRock Freddy in Security Breach. The developer needs to figure out a gameplay gimmick that makes the experience better and more unique to separate it form other Horror Mascot Games. That and once they can they really need to touch up the park and make it more unique looking so people doesn't say it's only quality is parodying Disney world.

eh, strong disagree, horror of any kind should concentrate on supporting itself in its story and atmosphere, just look at all the greats throughout the years, FEAR, Halflife to an extent, amnesia, deadspace, silent hill, resident evil, systemshock, outlast, soma and yeah, some of these did have industry changing gimmicks [halflife being the first major first person game to put the story IN the game and introduce AI and simple physics, system shock being one of the first few 3d games] but this isn't what they're remembered for

I'm normally too high-strung for jumpscare games, but Rambley melted my heart so I'll at least tough through watching a bunch of people play through this series. Interesting reveal towards the end of "Oh, that's... not a machine...". The resemblance of the monsters to the 'intended' character designs are undeniable, but not very precise (notably different feather coloration and wing design [with claws!] on Mollie, much lower degree of anthropomorphization on Lloyd, etc.) You don't think they had some kind of Jurassic Park style lab somewhere producing biological or cyborg hybrid creatures trying to get the resemblance close enough to pass them off as their (presumably preexisting) cartoon characters, do you? And how did they originally plan to control these creatures around excitable, unpredictable guests? Also, how did they live eight years without the food vendors, garbage cans, etc. showing much sign of being looted? Hunting pigeons and rats? They've certainly become bloodstained enough (which seems odd, honestly, I thought cats and parrots both groomed themselves pretty thoroughly), especially around the claws and for some reason around their unnatural 'inverted' eyes (I can't tell, are those supposed to be artificial? Seems like the white 'pupil' dots glow in the dark...) Either the Critter Cuff or the scanners seem to produce some kind of signal (probably sound-based?) while interacting that seriously bothers the creatures -- the 'noise' from the scanner _stunned_ Lloyd (rolled off clutching his head as if in great pain, then retreated), and Mollie was stalking the player for most of the game and retreating when approached, but switched to extreme aggression after you used a scanner within her 'territory', which may have been seen as a bridge too far crossing from 'questionable new entity' to 'threat'. From what I've seen on other channels, the collectible descriptions seem to suggest that Lloyd was an older (original?) mascot for the company, maybe something like a cross between Mickey Mouse and the MGM lion, but was de-emphasized and replaced at some point with Rambley (and friends?), and still gets 'throwback' nostalgia merch Rambley is bitter about. In his maze area, there's what looks like a mothballed Lloyd version of the bronze statue for the main courtyard 'holding hands' display with the founder (A Disney reference, apparently. Also the human's head follows you!), and apparently a framed picture of some kind of 'handover' ceremony between Lloyd and Rambley hidden in the railway ride is another Disney reference, possibly indicating that the ride (like its main inspiration) is a conversion from an old theme to a new one and the designers wanted to soften the blow for returning guests. It's very possible Rambley's disrespect of Lloyd could be mutual; though it's hard to tell how intelligent the 'monster' versions are and if they're as well conditioned into their assigned characters as the facility AI is. Probably not, given they don't seem interested in making new friends. I'm horribly overanalyzing it of course, I just like media about artificial creatures and their relationship with their creators, especially when said creators prove unworthy of the respect typically afforded to such.

As fun as this would be, I don’t think it’s very likely the mascots are engaging in any kind of romance.😛 I’m pretty sure Rambley and the rest of the cast don’t like Lloyd very much because the lion is very ego-centric and is always going too far to be the center of attention (mentioned in a video on the Dev’s channel-meet the cast). Still, your idea could be fun to explore in fan material!

Hopefully you can find all the collectibles. The first three (Lloyd, Finley, and Rambley plushies) are in the start area at the entrance, One in front of the gate, One on the stack of boxes behind you at the gate, and one of the stack of boxes in the generator room, the second one (Mollie Plushie) is across the area from the gift shop, the fifth one (Raction figure) is in the women’s restroom before Rambley’s railroad, the ramble ears are on the shelf next to the generator when you’re collecting the gears to fix the ride, the poodle plush is on the second floor of jetstream Junction while you’re heading up to Molly’s rooftop races, the berry is in Rambley’s rush arcade game in Molly’s garage, the gold ram we pushes in the restaurant in the indigo Park Plaza, the Rambley juice cup is in the café, The Rambley costume mask is on your right on the shelf while you’re running away from Molly in the chase scene, And the Retro Lloyd plush it’s OK on the shelf to your left when you head to the royal wrangler room before you exit the door that is also to your left. Hope you can find them all including the secrets. If you don’t have all of the collectibles with you please be sure to find them in your second play through to learn about them. Good luck Furry!
