So we went down this path with TEMPEST in the 1980's and this exploit requires the presence of malware on the targeted computer, the lack of a faraday cage around the equipment or facility, and the proximity of a receiver within what I would guess is about 100 feet or less. From a possible point of view it's best it could happen ... from a practical point of view it's much ado about nothing.

Nonsense... Once the attacker has code running on the machine, stealing data by EMI is the last problem... BTW, there are much more efficient ways to programmatically generate EMI. Mouse, keyboard and monitor cables are 1000x better antennas then balanced DDR lines inside computer enclosure...
