How long have you been eating both soup and main course on the same plate? If you do not understand what we are, then let's just cook ramen. This is a traditional dish of Japanese cuisine, consisting of noodles, rich in flavors of meat or fish broth with soy sauce and various fillings of vegetables and meat. Ramen at home is also possible, today we will prepare a not quite classic version, because instead of traditional wheat noodles we will take rice. This noodle with chicken and vegetables or seafood does not taste like wheat, so it will taste great in the shoulder.

Ingredients for Ramen:
400 g pork tenderloin (½ pcs.)
2 st. l. salt
1 star of bodan
2 cinnamon sticks
4 eggs
10 green onion feathers
1.5 liters of water
3 cm of ginger root
½ Chili peppers
3 cloves of garlic
4-5 st. l. soy sauce Hokkaido Club
1 tsp. sesame oil Hokkaido Club
150 g of cilantro sprouts
225 g of Hokkaido Club rice noodles
Step-by-step recipe for cooking Ramen with pork
Peel a pork tenderloin (400 g) from excess fat and cling film. Put the meat in a container and pour 2 tbsp. l. salt. Leave overnight in the refrigerator.
Boil the broth. To do this, rinse the meat with salt and place in a saucepan. Pour 1.5 liters of water and add 2 cinnamon sticks, 1 star anise, 3 cloves of garlic and 1.5 cm of ginger root. Cook the broth for about 40 minutes.
Cook 225 g of Hokkaido Club rice noodles according to the recipe on the package. I immerse it in hot salted water for 5-10 minutes to make the noodles soft.
Cut 10 green onion feathers into strips of 3-4 cm, чи chili peppers - thin slices, the other half of the remaining ginger - thin strips.
Discard the finished noodles in a colander. Strain the broth through a sieve, removing the spices and garlic, they have already given the dish its flavors.
To enhance the taste, pour in the broth 4-5 tbsp. l. soy sauce Hokkaido Club. Cooked meat cut into portions. Boil 4 eggs in a "bag", to do this, cook them for 3 minutes after the water boils.
Place the noodles on plates for presentation. Fill it with broth, put a few pieces of meat per serving, slices of chili and ginger, green onions and cilantro sprouts. Place an egg cut in half in each plate and add a few drops of Hokkaido Club sesame oil.
