I am new to the stock market. Every stock that I bought so far, I was out of luck because I bought them when they were expensive. I feel I missed out on all the stock opportunities so far for the tech stocks.I believe having 175K yearly income would be a good investment so I want to plug all my savings into the stock market. I know this sounds a bit dull but I would like to know if I should learn investing or let somebody else (more capable like a FA) do it for me? Please share your thoughts. I am kind of tired of searching for a good stock to buy and losing all the good opportunities

Small tip for folks doing chasu at home - you can just slow roast it ahead of time and then soak it in the marinade AFTER cooking overnight in a plastic bag. Typically that allows you to make it ahead of time and it vastly deepens the flavor as the fat and meat take in more of the aromatics.

'Kahtsu' is the localized/slurred pronunciation for 'Cutlet'(usually breaded+fried) - JPNese phonetic consonants usually have vowels attached at the end - 'tsu/つ' is their closest to 't'. Accurate pronunciations so you+customers won't get confused/disappointed-when-ordering, 'Ton-Kōtsu' - 2nd 'o' is brief (Literally 'Pig Bones' - indicating the Soup Stock. Also, Tori-Gara (Bird Carcass) stands for Chicken Stock Soup.

No, ō would be the same as おお or オー. Correct romaji would be "tonkotsu rāmen", assuming you use the Hepburn system. There're other methods of indicating an extended vowel, if it's indicated at all Romaji is just kana written in the roman script (english alphabet), it does not add pronunciation marks that do not exist in the original kana

Vietnamese pork belly banh mi or Korean style short ribs please. Love your content. You have a great range of skills and tastes. I like how international your cooking is too. So many great flavors of the world, I wish I had the time and metabolism to try it all, especially middle eastern and African cuisine as it is not available where I am. Chef! I love how you make foods from all over the world, including from my own country (Japan). But there haven’t been many dishes from Africa yet-probably because they aren’t as well known! I hate to be that guy but I lived and went to school to become a chef in Japan and ramen is my specialty. You added the aromatics way too early. They should always be added towards the end of the cooking process in order to reach their their full potential and flavor. After they’re cooked for too long the flavor weakens. Also, bogs feet isn’t the best choice. Always add the head that you crack open with a hammer. You can add dried fish or not as well during the cooking process. The chashu is a two day process and should always be left to sit in its juices overnight with some some eggs with a runny center that will thicken up due to the salt content in the chashu cooking sauce. A good pork broth should take around 12 hours but I’ve worked at Ippudo before it became kind of a fast food chain back with the quality was good and they’d cook the soup for much longer. Also, mushrooms don’t go in ramen other than the Kikurage mushroom, lol. That’s a common, “white boy” mistake, lol.

Right you are. Simply put, this here, in my opinion, is a baaad bowl of ramen that most probably tastes underwhelming (and a bit racist with the unnecessary addition of mushrooms. Plus, it's raw!) As what you implied, whatever flavors that were supposedly brought out were lost. Poor ingredient choices were also negative points. The better techniques and practices to make this a superb or even okay-ish ramen were lacking here and there. But the people in the comments section think this is manna from heaven. So, that's... uh-huh.

Andy admitted it himself "I haven't nailed the broth yet." It clearly shows. This is a TERRIBLE method of making tonkotsu ramen similar to what you'd typically see on websites like Allrecipes: Brown and Bland. Yuck. The (usual) goal is a cloudy, milky white "soup" from hours of hard boiling and not an inferiorly made broth coupled with not knowing the right pork part to use. Chashu liquid repurposed as tare? No aroma oil? It's ramen that lacks saltiness, flavor, and UMAMI. And why RAW mushrooms as a topping? Just to make it look ASIAN. But East Asians add enoki to hotpots or stir fry not eaten uncooked. Mushrooms are hard to digest, may be highly bacteria laden and need to be cooked. How did raw mushrooms as toppings even become a thing? At least blanch your enoki mushrooms for your salad unless you enjoy contracting Listeria.

I know your a master, but when you make the whole video....any way you could make a " cheat" version but still good? Like maybe we use 1 pork foot, or sum...uh, ham hock or....and an....well, maybe....you see? Like if you dont have $50 to spend on meat but dont want a $2 pack of noodles...like an inbetween cost version? I tried making Pho a bit ago....no1 cared that I didnt use the Pho mix from asain market...they only cared about the toppings so i spent a good deal of money that wasnt needed. *** I LOVE how dedicated you are to the culture you are representing...but a poor mans version of ramen would be awsome.

In the last time when I went to the U.S. ,I ate ramen in an airport and realized they didn't "Yugiri". "Yugiri" is an action after you boile nodules. Japanese ramen chef use a strainer to shake water out of nodules after they boiled. in the next time when you make ramen, please try "Yugiri". p.s forgive my bad English.

But everything "good" with all the fat and salt is literally killing him. Can't you figure out recipes that are tasty without relying on the crutches of fat and salt and sugar?

I always see comments on everyone saying how lucky she is being fed extravagant dishes at her disposal. But can we talk about how lucky he is, to have a lady that can actually decide what they want to eat opposed to responding with the typical million dollar response "I don't know" 😂😂
