The part of the music video with the woman with the snake and the tequila down the leg, is based on a famous scene in the movie - From Dusk Till Dawn. EXCELLENT vampire film. In that movie the snake dancer is Salma Hayek. Flake plays the part of Quentin Tarantino, who famously has a thing for feet, and puts feet scenes in his films. Hence this scene

My interpretation of the song is as follows: The angels in the song standing for idols of our time, like artists, actors, music stars etc. who live in their own world and have been disconnected from the "normal" life and people, like their fans. That's why they feel alone, everybody only sees the star, but not the human being behind. Since this is a quite early song of Rammstein, they essentially saying they don't want to become this kind of stars.

The two children in the cage are angels. That's what the girl is singing. The rest is from "From Dusk till Dawn". Flake looked much younger with his long hair. It's interesting that Till doesn't sing in the video. Flake was very afraid of the snake woman and the other band members had a lot of fun with it.

MTV refused to broadcast the video because of too much naked skin, zombie children in cages, phallic imagery, foot fetishism and guitars as flamethrowers. Rammstein then took “revenge” on an MTV manager by tying him to a chair and attaching one of Till's smoke bombs to his foot and setting it alight. Paul later said that they didn't just do it because of the video, but because the manager generally treated musicians (including other bands) badly. Even the band Die Ärzte liked this action.

The share that Paul throws over the balcony belonged to Schneider so they didn't want it to be damaged. The guy in the crowd who caught it became one of their bodyguards for want of a better term and was known as Herman the German! It's definitely feasible that the club represents on of the circles of hell described by Dante. I have to admit that I'm a non-believer either way. It would be nice to think that there's a comfortable eternity for us but if there is something, it's likely to resemble some form of purgatory. That club would be for me, snakes and feet, eugh!!😂😂😂

LOL i stared in a haunted hotel in New Orleans. I was visited by some ghost children who had a playful spirit. After finding an item i left on the nightstand had been moved i had to kindly ask them to go find someone else to play hide n seek with, and they did. Thankfully the ghosts (many, many ghosts) were all not scary.

you can see the huge Tarantino influence on the video, the snake lady etc and as usual you nailed it 'D' but still prefer the old live version, sadly the rumors of the Wings returning for the 30 anniversary tour were just rumors, but we do get the return of some old fav's like 'Keine Lust' and even though they rehearsed it no ''Feuer Frei' yet..

Le nouveau testament parle d'un côté de souffrances et de flammes éternelles, et d'un autre côté des ténèbre éternelles (sans mention de souffrance exercées extérieurement à soi et/ou flammes) pour parler de "l'enfer" éternel OU du fait d'être exclu du royaume de la lumière et /ou de la raison et/ou du bien et/ou de la conscience et/ou : de Dieu ! .... Pour ma part, il est plus logique et/ou pensable la deuxième proposition ! ..... : La personne en conscience et avec persistance décide de faire le mal et/ou d'agir avec orgueil ..... Un jour son corps meurt, mais son âme éternel comme les autres, n'est pas invité dans le royaume de la lumière et/ou de Dieu et/ou de ect .... , et se retrouve dans le néant et/ou les ténèbre comme elle l'avait choisi ! ..... Au fil du "temps" (plutôt : à force de le conscientiser) elle conscientisera que ce noir, ces ténèbres, ce néant, elle va y être définitivement et pour l'éternité installée, ... et plus sa conscience lui révèlera qu'elle en est responsable (alors que beaucoup d'autre seront dans la lumière) et plus elle s'auto-consumera de l'intérieur d'avoir fait consciemment le mauvais choix, .... par orgueil, cupidité, goût du pouvoir facile, goût de la domination ect ect ... Et là oui, les 2 visions de l'enfer se rapprochent de manière assez effective ! .... Et me semble t-il plus fine .... et peut être même : plus juste ! ....
