I saw them perform this at Brixton which is a relatively small venue, tiny by the stadiums they do now but I absolutely agree. BTW that particular performance is actually on the Volkerball DVD so I get to relive it as I please 🙂.

It's been a long time since I watched and commented to a Rammstein reaction. Could you put up a Google Docs or Spreadsheets of what has been done in Rammstein list? Btw, I'm into another rabbit hole of Gawr Gura singing songs/doing covers. Hope I can pull you along. My suggestions are her bardcore covers of Sir Brightside (Mr. Brightside by The Killers), Wake Me Up (Avicii); and normal covers of Wake Me Up When September Ends (Green Day), The Passenger (Iggy Pop).

By now you know that Rammstein are not always as they present. I've looked at the English translation of the lyrics many times. What I thought were just sexual lyrics (fire at will - fnarr fnarr), are I think much more complex. You and others may well disagree - I'm open to listening. I think that this is about telling a young woman that her abuse by her father should not define her, she can move on. If you carefully read the lyrics, I think I'm right. P.S. Paul is a big part of those riffs too - not just Richard. P.P.S. The one time I'd say that it's better live. Usually their videos are fantastic, as good (but different) as the live shows, this is as much promotion for the movie as it is a Rammstein video.
