I love this “twist” in this song that only Till can compensate for lyrically. A masterpiece. There are multiple swipes here, not just at the self. We're all guilty of lying but generally speaking, they're small white kids that don't hurt anyone. Unfortunately, lying has become somewhat normalised in modern times to the point where truth speakers are treated with derision and suspicion. The lyrical I is very self-deprecating here but the genius of the lyrics is that they remind us of all of the groups who make a profession out of lying. The auto-tune is a dig at those who lack musical talent and rely on significant digital assistance to produce their work ( I'm being as diplomatic as I can be here 😂). A short song but painfully powerful at the same time. Love it.

Till always sings himself and naturally without doubling, without distortions, without other effects or manipulations. But on this song the chorus is distorted and intentionally so. It's a swipe at the music industry, where well-known untalented sextons appeal to gullible people through strong effects and distortion. Most people only realize at the first concert that it's all a lie. ....Unless it's all a playback show😅

The Autotune is added because people that use it are lying lol. Btw I know Rammstein kinda force you to feel something but even if the song is about something negative,always take away something positive. For instance they’re getting thank you letters every day for some of their darkest songs since they seem to help people dealing with similar things they went through. Ps I’ve been watching you growing into a Rammstein fan from the beginning and it’s been a joy.i try to 👍 every video.People watch you for you so try not to overthink everything you do.
