Two of my favorite fighters should go at it: Quinton Rampage Jackson vs. Tyrone King of the Ring Spong. Both are branching into boxing from kickboxing/MMA, and they're both fighting near the same weight, kinda. Spong was supposed to fight at cruiser weight, but some controversial mix ups happened, but that later got cleared.

I feel sorry for the fighters at this age. They have families, they try to get away from the bad boy image and be a good role model for their kids, and often they have too much brain damage to be good at trash talking anymore anyway, then they are trying to keep the $$ rolling in and the only way to do it is more brain damage. Tito is the worst example of this, but Liddel is almost as bad. Rampage still pretty sharp mentally but you have to feel for the guy - I'm same age as those guys and none of my friends my age look nearly as old and munted or speak as slow and mumbling as those guys do.
