Something i've noticed in the American version is that they've over-dramatized it. Epic and tense music is playing like literally fucking all the time and there are suspenseful musical ques for when people say something that pisses Ramsay off, lol. Not to say I don't dislike the American version or prefer the British one, i'm just interested in the differences.

The british IS authentic, that is why I dislike the american version, that just tries to be dramatic at nearly every cut. The result is that in the american version there are many illogical cuts, because I feel they ommited some longer conversation just to show for instance Gordon saying "Oh my God" on something. The american version is not about cooking anymore (maybe in the first season it was?), it is just about the family drama created by the owners etc.
