It's a weird reversal. The raptor went to a twin turbo 6 cylinder and then offered a V8 again. Trx starts with a V8 and then goes to a 6 cylinder twin turbo engine. Funny how that worked out. 😂

@@bfula9900it’s a combination of both, dodge isn’t doing so hot financially from an R&D perspective. I’m sure they could have made a next gen clean V8 like ford has done with the gen 4 coyotes which themselves are hitting a brick wall when it comes too emissions. But flat out dodge doesn’t have the kinda coin to do that, even the CEO said as much a few years back, they had enough money to do the new electric charger, the new inline 6 and not much else. It’s not a bad thing but you can tell they’re not super Happy about it

You know what the best thing Ram could do. Make a true Ram Classic and bring back the Gen 2 body with a Hurricane engine and the Gen 5/ 5.5 interior. That would sell really well. The Gen 2 Ram is what changed the whole truck industry. I would definitely buy one of those.

Who is the engine manufacturer? What is the engine code? Do you have any experience with the engine? Has it been extensively tested? In Europe, many 3-liter diesel V6s and I6s have problems with stability, regardless of whether they are BMW, VW, Mercedes, Ford or Stellantis. The engines are no longer tested and the customer has the problem after only a short period of time.

@@RamTrucks I’m experiencing the leaking back glass on my 2022 with 16k miles as are many other people. This issue is so common to the point there should have been a recall done. There is no fix as dealerships just install the same faulty window and the problem comes back again. We’re spending $50k+ on these trucks just to have these dumb issues. It’s very embarrassing.
