Am I crazy, or is that just not a 50/50? You can Sucker Punch up to 8 times, it's not like the Kommo-o was healing. The opponent swapping is nowhere as dangerous as you losing your answer.

⁠Kommo-o could SD in front of Sudowoodo to stall out Sucker Punch instead of switching, which would be pretty bad. It was a 50/50 on whether the opponent would SD or attack.

Going for all 8 suckers has never resulted in me getting stalled out of all 8 of them. I like to use a bit of extra time for each of those turns. People tend to interpret long turns as considering a switch.

Don't get me wrong, you are a much better player than I am (1800 elo), but in that game from minute 10:30 onwards you completely throw the game away by doing several key missplays. I mean even IF that Komoo'o switches out, you always go for Sucker Punch. You have two win conditions in Scarf Slaking that always outspeeds and your Lando, that outspeeds the Iron Treads. First of all no need at all to switch into your Sudowoodo, just sack your Iron Boulder. There is no way it wins 1v1 against either Dugtrio and Iron Treads.

We probably would have had some prediction mindgames afterwards with taking recoil damage (for sucker punch range) and intimdate.
