Same thing with shock rounds! Since it doesn't work on beams it just doubles damage instead

It's passive item "Scaner" that give you curse and facility to see damage in numbers (like spider mod from TBOI)

This makes a mediocre passive rather powerful, if you get the right gun of course (i hate rapidfire weapons like the vulcan canon, well, except for the partiot)
