Random Railways 12: Reopening of the Cambrian Heritage Railways, Oswestry to Weston Wharf

On 15th April 2022, The Cambrian Heritage Railways reopened a section of the line to Weston Wharf, on the former line to Newtown. The trust has plans to run a community rail service between Oswestry and Gobowen, which has recently been awarded funding for a feasibility study.
