The warlock pact weapon is not patched, it's just complicated. What you need to do is put a weapon that is not equipped into the trade menu and then switch it with your pact weapon. This will put your pact weapon in the trade menu, and no matter how many times you sell it, it will stay there! Source: my honor mode playthrough

Other option: select the pact weapon and some other garbage item. Then the option add to wares appears when right-clicking. The hardest thing with this method is not getting tired when spamming "sell wares"

The moments with the Gith at the Kreche makes it seem so tense. But it kind if all ends the same way no matter what you choose to do.

Pact weapon sell glitch works on both PC and console (I’ve done it on both), just multi select one item you don’t need and the pact weapon and it’ll let you add them to wares. You can press sell wares in the ‘trade’ menu (not the barter screen, you can toggle between both when trading)
