Hey, I'm back! Not as late as I was for the Snyder vid, just... Fashionably, I guess. This time, there's no essay, just some... Opinions • Oscar Isaac is great as Moon Knight, and he portrays DID in a very interesting way (though sometimes not exactly perfectly, but it's not my place to speak on it, I bet there are systems who are way more qualified than me to have a meaningful discussion on this subject), but... Just ethnically, I'm not sure he's a good pick. Moon Knight is Jewish, very Jewish, both ethnically and religiously, and it's an important part of his character, so, as a Jewish person myself, I'd love to see those aspects brought to screen by an actual Jewish actor. Is Oscar's performance phenomenal? Hell yeah! Would I love to see someone else, considering the history of comic books (the whole superhero genre basically being started by Jewish people) and how poorly adaptations treat Jewish characters (Elliott Page is not Jewish, yet he played Kitty Pryde, one of the first openly Jewish comic book characters period, for example)? Also yes. Ooh, and not sure if I liked the last fade-to-black of the show where Marc dealt with Harrow. It just felt kinda cheap to me, not an intentional choice but a way to shorten the runtime a little • REALLY pumped to see you praise She-Hulk! Loved it myself a lot, and I'm really glad that people who aren't big on comic books enjoyed it too, since most of the positive reviews I've seen have been from fans of the genre, and we can be oh so biased. Also, Jen and Matt are really cute together, you're totally right. I don't remember ever reading anything where they're romantically involved, but I've seen them have a sort of friendly rivalry, and it's always a blast, glad this dynamic made it on screen, at least a little bit • The Marvels was forgettable, and I agree with your takes for the most part, the only exception being the singing, but I love musical theater, so maybe I just got a little kick out of it for that reason • The Guardians Holiday Special was a blast for me. The Drax/Mantis shenanigans were the exact level of weird they were supposed to be, and they didn't feel like they were "too much" at any point to me, but I'm very biased since I love Guardians of the Galaxy, both on screen and on the page • I haven't watched Secret Invasion or Echo. I tried to get into Secret Invasion, but episode 1 was so boring that I just couldn't really latch on to it. And, unfortunately, I'm not a fan of Hawkeye, Daredevil or Maya specifically, so I decided to skip Echo entirely. Haven't watched your Echo section yet, I'm curious to see what you thought of it! Okay, yeah, it turned into an essay after all, I guess... Oh, by the way, if you're ever in the mood - I'd recommend watching all the Marvel/Netflix shows. You said you haven't seen Daredevil, right? I'm guessing you haven't seen the rest of them either, and I'd say they're all worth checking out. There are major ups and some mediocre downs (Iron Fist, Finn Jones AND Finn Jones as Iron Fist deserved way bettet), but, as a whole, I'd say the shows are really enjoyable. A little darker than the MCU, without going into edgy, Snyder-esque territory. I'd love to see what you think of them, maybe in a video right around the time that Daredevil reboot releases? *wink wink nudge nudge*

Anyone who would sell out shadowheart or Astarion to their abusers (unless they’re purposely doing an evil playthrough, but still, even then you can let shadowheart be a justiciar and let Astarion ascend) is not ever someone I want to play with 😭

You also get a different dialog from Dragonborns. Cool that drows also get such dialog as well. Though only dragonborns got them. Is there any more races that get special dialog?
