randomly specific trend predictions for spring 2024

Trend predictions are a suuuper popular video format in the fashion world of KZbin, so it can be hard not to repeat some that have already been said. I wanted to think of spring fashion & beauty trend possibilities that I haven't heard about yet, and I wanted to rely on my own brain to "feel out" what might come next based on trends passed. You don't need to spend hours researching or watching fashion week runway shows to predict what fads are coming next. A lot of times, intuition and your own taste will do the trick!

I've never worn gstrings or anything similar to that in my whole life, so hearing that normal underwear is becoming a "trend" and that people don't wear normal underwear on a daily basis... is scarring

I wear thongs every single day - I wear 'brazilians' when I'm on my period, otherwise, it's a thong. I hate knicker lines and they will never look chic.

It‘s a bit frustrating to hear someone say messy and undone hair is a trend - that curly hair (or perm) is becoming trendy after clean girl aesthetic is going out. As someone with natural curly hair that was a big struggle for me personally growing up wanting to always look „clean“ and have straight hair. I don‘t like that curly hair still gets called „undone“ and „messy“ when it is just another natural hair structure.

right? like what is it about straight hair that is inherently "clean"? what is it about curly hair that supposedly doesn't fit that "clean" aesthetic? curly hair isn't wild or undone or messy. it's just hair. so frustrating as a black girl who's only ever been natural. people with naturally straight hair need to understand that my hair isn't a fun trend.

Really cool video, I think you are spot on for the western one !! But I can't help but notice you only use thin white girls pictures... I know it's the most common body type in the fashion industry but it kinds of look like the trends you are refering to only apply to this specific demographic. Just wanted to point it out for potential future videos, anyway loved it

I think this (body type variability) is why I'm skeptical of the upper arm bangle taking off. It's got to be tight enough not to slip down over the elbow, but loose enough not to restrict movement, so you couldn't do one-size-fits-all.

I was watching Beverly Hills 90210 the other day, and I noticed VPL on Brenda Walsh when she was posing as Laverne😮. Made me appreciate the simplicity of the 90s. That being said, you get the same effect by wearing boy shorts. So, yeah. You can have no VPLs and not wear thongs.
