WOW Randy, you play so much softer then years ago. I seen you play back in the late 80's when you were with "Click" up in Fort McMurray. You used to hit so hard the snare skin would only last 3-4 days lol. You had the huge overhead stand and used electronic symbols as real ones would split and they expensive. Still got all the talent I have to say.

No disrespect whatsoever but people should be made aware that for this recording the "small and affordable" Pearl Midtown kit has been augmented with some $7K to $8K worth of hardware, cymbals, microphones and other pro gear just to make it sound as huge as it does here. Randy's playing is superb and accurate as ever but playing the same shell set with the factory skins, a few mid range cymbals through a couple of entry level mics wouldn't have made anything near the impact this video did.
