This guy is just too fuckin' incredible! I was around when Hendrix was (I'm 62 years young). I saw Hansen back in about '83 I think. It was at the Santa Monica Civic, and he was backed by BOTH Mitch Mitchell AND Noel Redding. HE BLEW MY FUCKIN' HAIR BACK!!! I THOUGHT HENDRIX HAD CAME BACK TO LIFE!!!

Yes you are! I've seen many Hendrix acts... and so on - Randy is the very reincarnation of Hendrix. No wonder I see Randy so happy and smiling on all these videos.

Randy is the man! - With all respect for Randy's friend and and another great guitarist SRV whom I have seen a couple of times - ... Randy is the man! The notion might be somewhat different ... between people .. like SRV, Johnny Winter,,,, bla bla and Randy - Randy want to have the soul and spirit of Jimi from within - and Randy has truely got it. Thats the power of soul - the power of love. Rock on Randy - Jimi is smiling with you and all of us.

My really favorite Jimi hendrix player is.............Jimi Hendrix.... so much soul and timing between the rifts listen to Jimi play I hear my train comin .Randys got a good bluesy feel too.

If these audiences knew how really cool Randy is with his Hendrix guitar and bands, they'd be all over these songs while he performs them. It's a very cool time machine taking us back to a guy who cut his life too short, depriving us all of his wild ass music. I used to think of the Hendrix band as 3 guys who could put out the volume and sounds not unlike that of the combined decibels of all the jet engines on a 747 aircraft. Never have so few made so much crazy noise!

I've read somewhere, it was actually voodoo chile (slight return), but the producing studio who made the cd's made a typing error and there were too many copies to change it. so it is in fact voodoo chile (the original blues jam improv) and voodoo chile (slight return) now widely accepted as voodoo child (slight return) because of a typing error.
